Yoga and Ayurveda go hand in hand. Ayurveda is a sister science to yoga. When we are living in balance with the laws of nature, maintaining good posture, getting adequate exercise and rest, eating a healthy diet, and at the same time cultivating a deep spiritual practice, dis-ease is mitigated, and we can achieve true happiness and peace in this life.

Body Balancing uses a combination of Pilates/core exercises and Yoga Therapy to help a person discover his/her muscular imbalances and regain proper alignment. Most of us have created poor habits in the body that are not allowing us to feel freedom in our own body. These habits need to unwind, and more beneficial habits need to be put in place.

 

This program also helps to align and clear the chakra system.

Part of health is having open meridians. That way the blood, oxygen, and nutrients can flow freely to where it is needed. Eastern medicine sees dis-ease as blockages in meridian lines. Through a proper body assessment, certain yoga and Pilates based exercises are given to restore the physical body back to a state of balance. This is crucial for your overall health and wellness!
